Return and Refund Policy
At Lev`N, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be unused, unopened, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty, skincare, personal care, or cosmetic products cannot be returned if they have been opened, used, tested, damaged, or are no longer sealed.
We also do not accept returns for:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Customized or special-order products
- Items damaged due to misuse
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at levnbeauty26@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Return Process:
To request a return, contact us at levnbeauty26@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
