Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Lev`N.

Order Processing:
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Location:
Lev`N ships all orders from:
Mansoura, El Mansoura, DK, 35511, EG

Shipping Times:
Delivery time depends on the distance from Mansoura — the farther the governorate, the longer delivery takes.

Mansoura: 3–10 business days
Other governorates: 5–12 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, holidays, weather, or circumstances outside our control. We will notify you once your order is out for delivery, and we follow up with you on WhatsApp after delivery.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping within Egypt costs 75 EGP. Shipping is free on orders from 750 EGP. Cash on delivery is available.

Order Tracking:
When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email or SMS after your order has shipped.

Incorrect Address:
Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and contact details are correct before placing your order. Lev`N is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost orders caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments:
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at levnbeauty26@gmail.com or on WhatsApp with your order number. We will help investigate the issue with the shipping provider.
